Herbal Mylk – Rose, Camomile, Schisandra

Adding herbs in drinks is such a beautiful ritual for many of us. We are used to seeing medicinal mushrooms with cacao and/coffee a lot these days. 

I also love combining mylk and herbal tea for more gentle and tender experience. 

Rose x camomile x schisandra mylk 

Infuse 1 tsp each of the herbs below for at least 10 minutes. Keep warm.

Rose, Camomile, Schisandra

Froth your mylk with a pinch of cinnamon, cardamom and ginger. 

Pour the tea into a cup and top with your spiced mylk. 

Sweeten with your favourite sweetener (I used a pinch of monk fruit)
